Photos By Roosevelt is a creative service, housed in Palm Beach County, South Florida.  Photographer Roosevelt Williams approaches photography from a different viewpoint.  By emphasizing the beauty in the mundane as well as the magnificent, the photographs produced have an innovative and savvy edge that combines photojournalism and traditional portraiture.
